I tried using their promo codes twice, and both times they showed up as invalid at checkout. It’s frustrating because the sale looks good at first, but then you get to the payment page and the price isn’t what you expected. After that happening more than once, I don’t trust their discounts anymore.

I ordered these last week and they still haven’t shown up. I get that shipping can be slow sometimes, but... yeah, it’s frustrating. Was really hoping to have them by now.

My order showed up on time, and the club looks legit as far as I can tell. For the price, the quality seems decent. That said, the box was beat up when it arrived, and the grip had a small mark on it. I also felt a little passed around when trying to get clear info, which was frustrating. Overall, not a bad site, but I expected everything to feel a bit cleaner and more put together

My order from Budget Golf showed up late, and the box looked like it had been through a wrestling match. It was crushed, half open, and my first thought was, give me a break.

There was barely any padding inside, so the stuff was just moving around way more than it should have been. The end of the box was taped up strangely too, and one item had scuff marks like it had been bouncing around the whole trip.
Maybe it left their warehouse in better shape, but the packing was not great at all. Between the late delivery and the smashed-up box, I was annoyed and definitely not happy with the experience.

I ordered last week and the tracking just never worked. I emailed them a couple times too and got no reply, which was frustrating. Not sure what’s going on, but I probably wont be ordering from them again

Using the site was kind of a mess. Pages kept loading all funky, and checkout was confusing and took forever. Not gonna lie, it was annoying

I ordered one item and somehow ended up with something totally different. Not sure how that happened, but it kind of made the whole order feel pointless because it wasn’t what I needed. Maybe it was just a mix-up, but still frustrating.

i mean, I tried to get an exchange sorted out, but it never actually got resolved. The whole returns process was just frustrating.

I ordered a golf bag because the site clearly made it look like it was in stock. A few days later, I got an email saying it was actually out of stock. Frustrating, especially since I could’ve just bought it somewhere else instead of sitting around waiting.
The whole thing felt like one of those polished company “sorry for the inconvenience” situations that doesn’t really mean much. If your site says something is available, it should actually be available. Huge waste of time, and I don’t plan on ordering from them again

I went in expecting lower prices, but they felt high to me. Maybe others won’t mind, but for my budget, it didn’t really feel like a good deal.
